1. Who we are

Earthcademie ("we", "us") operates earthcademie.com, a marketplace connecting independent creators with students who want to learn vegan cooking, vegan baking, and organic gardening. Creators publish paid or free video courses; students purchase or enroll in them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are available as a student (browse and enroll in courses) or a creator (publish and sell courses).

3. Course purchases

Paid courses are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Prices are set by the creator and shown in USD before checkout. Once payment succeeds, you're enrolled and gain access to that course's lessons for as long as your enrollment remains active. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

4. Creators

Creators are independent third parties, not employees of Earthcademie. Creators are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the content they publish. Submitted courses are reviewed before appearing publicly and may be rejected or removed at our discretion, with a reason provided.

Creators receive 70% of the net proceeds from each sale of their course (after payment processing fees), paid out via Stripe Connect approximately 30 days after purchase, subject to the refund window in our Refund Policy. Earthcademie retains the remaining 30% as a platform fee.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not upload content you don't have the rights to, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, attempt to circumvent payment or access controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; purchased course access is governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Courses are provided by independent creators "as is" without warranty of any kind. Earthcademie is not liable for outcomes from following course content (including any cooking, baking, or gardening advice). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
